This policy is provided by Codrava, the developer named on our App Store and Google Play listings.

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications (“apps”) published by us on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It describes what data our apps may collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data our apps may collect

Data practices differ between our apps. Depending on the app, the following categories may apply.

Analytics and crash reporting. Some of our apps use analytics and crash reporting services (such as Google Firebase) to understand aggregate usage and fix defects. These services may collect device information, app events, and crash traces. Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Accounts and cloud data. Some of our apps let you create an account or store data on our servers. In those apps we collect the information you provide (such as an email address) and the content you choose to store, and use it only to provide the app’s functionality.

Offline apps. Some of our apps collect no data at all. They run entirely on your device and transmit nothing.

Third parties. Where our apps share data with third parties (such as the analytics providers named above), we only work with providers that protect that data to at least the same standard described in this policy.

What we do not do

• Our apps do not show ads and do not use advertising networks.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not collect data beyond what is listed above.
• Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How we protect data

Data our apps transmit is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We use reputable, industry-standard service providers, collect no more data than listed in this policy, and do not store personal data on our own infrastructure unless an app’s account features require it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for:

• Data collected by third-party analytics services is retained according to those providers’ published policies.
• If an app stores your data in an account, we keep it until you delete the account; associated personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion.
• If an app stores data only on your device, deleting the app deletes the data.

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold, or withdraw any consent you have previously given, at any time: use the app’s settings where available, your device’s system settings, or contact us at the email address below. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. If an app stores data only on your device, deleting the app deletes the data.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
